Once you check out, you’ll get an order confirmation email right away. We’ll also follow up within 24 hours with your scheduled delivery date. If you have any special requests—like a preferred delivery date—you can easily share them using the link in your confirmation email. We will do our best to accommodate.

  • Nope, you don’t need to be home! We’ve got everything covered. We will handle the delivery and design of your gorgeous autumn porch décor while you go about your day.

  • If Package #3 isn’t quite enough to fill your space, no worries! We recommend combining packages to create the perfect autumn vibe for your porch. Need something extra special or have a specific vision in mind? Just reach out to us directly, and we’ll be happy to bring your custom design to life. We’re here to make your fall dreams come true!

  • Our autumn designs typically last around 6 weeks, giving you plenty of time to soak in the cozy fall vibes! If any pumpkins or decorations aren’t holding up as they should, just let us know. We’ll happily replace any bad pumpkins in the bunch once during the season!

  • Absolutely! We offer end-of-season pumpkin pickup as an optional add-on. You can choose it when you purchase your package or add it later when you're ready. Pickups take place the first weekend of November, but heads up—space is limited, so don’t wait too long to snag your spot!
